    If you load the VCD-template in TMPGEnc the VBV buffer size is set to 40 kB. But what should I have for value if I want to encode a file to MPEG-1 with 1300, 1500 or 2000 kbps??? Should I put a higher value or should I set it to 0 (automatic)???
