    So I DLd and unzipped the missing binaries, BUT
    I get an error code no mater how I slice it.
    I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, and all three binaries, but with no luck

    the error code is:
    ##sudo: /private/etc/sudoers is mode 0640, should be 0440

    Any ideas?

    The installer uses the sudo command, which only works if permission is set to 0440. Hence, I think there's something wrong with the permissions on your system. Try repairing them first with Disk Utility.
