    VC1 - you can try Winmenc - http://winmenc.blogspot.com/


    If that doesn't work, you might have to update your WMV codecs on your system, then use AutoMKV

    Or any other mencoder gui like super or mediacoder. And maybe it will work with latest virtualdub-mpeg2.
