    I've no problem grabbing images in Vegas 7 from digitized PAL VHS footage. I'm wondering if there is some way to remove or minimize the deinterlacing lines that appear in those images or avi clips?

    Any help appreciated...thanks.

    try virtualdub. I am uncertain of the exact process but that would be my first suggestion.
