Can someone tell me a video player or a filter that will work with Zoomplayer, Windows media player, Bs player, or VLC player that will allow me to raise the audio pitch of a video file on playback. (No re-encoding and no delay in playback, thanks)

I know this isn't the magic bullet you were asking for, but it'll work...
In Adobe Audition, extract the audio from the video. You can then manipulate the audio any way you choose, including raising the pitch of the audio without changing the length. Once you've got your audio the way you want it, save it and remux.
What's your final product going to be? Are you doing this for burning to DVD or do you just want to watch on PC?
