Nero 7 Ultra only offers 1080p, and no 720p???

Hi, I want to know if there is another program Just like NERO VISION, that offers to create AVCHD Authoring to a DVD-5, but that can allow me to choose a custom resolution...

Nero only allows me to choose 1440x1080 or 1980x1080.... 1080p

I want to burn and encode 720p videos, >>>IN H.264n AND AC3<<<, NOT MPEG-2

or if anyone knows how to tweak or hack NERO VISION so that i can choose the custom resolution...

Because I am on to this stuff...
