Software needed

This might sound naive of me ,,,,but I am really stuck on this one,,,,,

Is there a software that allows you to capture video,,,IE my webcam over top of an audio track,,,,,IE MP3 file,,,, what I'm trying to do is lip sink over top of an audio track.

The problem I'm having is that whatever software Ive used to date does not allow for separate sources,,,,the all need to use the audio source from my cam without the option of importing a audio track,,,,

Try GraphEdit - it can let you take a video source and an audio file, combine them and create a final AVI file with both the video and audio.
