I re-authored a music DVD. I demuxed the DVD with the program that saves the chapters in frames. However, the DVD Authoring program I'm using wants to have the chapter timings and not the frames.
So my question is: how to convert those chapters which are in frames to chapter timings?
Or are there any demuxing programs that would give the chapter timings right away when you've demuxed a DVD?
Thx in advance!

Since you are in Finland, I assume you are using PAL.
To convert a duration in frames to seconds, simply divide your frame values by 25. (If you are using a different frame rate, e.g., 24fps, then divide by that instead).
If you are using NTSC, then it can get rather complicated depending on whether the durations use drop-frame numbering or not. -
