I'm converting 352x480 mpg to pal-vcd.

Is it better to let lsx do all the resize convertion (352x480 >> 352x88)??

Or is it better to resize with flask before frame serving to lsx (352x288 >> 352x288)??

Why am I do this?? My capture system is too slow to capture 720x480. 352x480 I can capture without or little frame drops, and pal-vcd seems to have a better image.
