    Hi!

    I have this audio from my mkv file that is aac. I want to convert it to mp3 so I could mux it with my avi in Virtualdub. Lamemp3 can't convert it so I tried using Besweet/Belight. However, Belight can't seem to convert it and the log is telling me something like:

    Error 47: Error with LAME dll!

    Is there any dll that I need to convert aac? Thanks!

    Googling for "AAC to WAV" turned up 37.200 hits. Some of them should provide a solution to your problem. Going from wav to MP3 should then be trivial.

    It is a PITA converting AAC, especially 5.1/6ch . Look for and app called FAAD and see if there's a GUI if you fear command lines.
