  1. I have a two-hour video that I'm burning to a DVD+R to play in a DVD player. The video is actually three seperate 40-minute clips. Is it possible to somehow setup the disc so that after the last clip finishes, the player knows to go back to the first clip and play it over again - and thus the disc constantly repeats itself without ever stopping? I'd prefer to do this without a menu so that when I put the disc in, the first clip begins playing without having to manually tell it to do so. My DVD player doesn't have a repeat function, so is it possible to tell the disc to do this automatically?

    Hello,
Yes, I believe tmpgenc dvd author does this. In the menu setup you can tell it to play the clip and go the menu and I believe it can loop forever. Check out the trial version.

  3. I have this program but don't see the option to repeat all tracks. Can anyone tell me where that option is in that program?

  4. I've not done this, but I use DVD-Lab and I think it is possible. After the last clip has played you should be able to point it to the first clip (instead of the main menu) in the connections window. This should cause the clips to repeat endlessly until the menu or title buttons have been pressed.

I can confirm that DVD-Lab does this as I already have tried. You can actually use the linking tool in the connections window to point from the end of the last clip to the beginning of the first and it works flawlessly (I actually do it with just one clip).

In TMPGENC DVD Author- click on Create Menu, then click on Menu Display Settings. Click the General tab and go down to Action to Take After Each Track Has Been Played. Select the Loop mode.

  11. Wow, this was from a long time ago.

Ultimately, I followed this guy's advice and it worked perfectly and easily:

"In TMPGENC DVD Author- click on Create Menu, then click on Menu Display Settings. Click the General tab and go down to Action to Take After Each Track Has Been Played. Select the Loop mode. "
