Woman Sues Over 'Girls Gone Wild'

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A woman who bared her breasts at Mardi Gras and got worldwide exposure has sued the producers of the "Girls Gone Wild'' videos, claiming they invaded her privacy and used her image without permission.

Becky Lynn Gritzke, a Florida State University business major, admits in her lawsuit that she was among the women who removed their tops at Mardi Gras last year in exchange for beads and trinkets.

A month later, Gritzke said, she was surprised to find out that she not only appeared in the video series featuring women baring their bodies, but was also seen in the TV ad and Web site.

Gritzke is seeking unspecified damages.

Ronald E. Guttman, an attorney for MRA Holdings LLC, the video's producers, said there is no privacy protection for people who take their clothes off in public, especially at a big public event where many people have cameras.

Guttman has asked a Florida court to dismiss the lawsuit, which was filed in September.

I don't have this particular VCD. (hint, hint). I have part of another one I downloaded someplace where they are at this lake and in bathing suits in about 2 feet of water, etc. I'd say it's a nice download but I wouldn't buy the DVD or anything.

I am ashamed to admit this but the BEST deal is you can get the first 4 of them on DVD for $10. Then you cancel membership. It is a bit embarassing. I did have to explain to my girlfriend why it was necessary that I own these dvds.....heh heh

I always just assumed those camera guys carried around wads of cash and that is how they got the girls to show the goods.....they really are stripping for .25 cent plastic beads....how sad....and exciting. This reminds me of that dude John Stagliano a.k.a. Buttman. He tries to make out that he meets random people in the street who'd like to fock, but the exchange of money is obviously going on....... However there is this English dude called Ben Dover who offers no money to any girls. All he does is approach them ask if they'd like to fock on camera, and gets his face slapped 19 times out of 20. All I can say is that he has more luck than me, but then he doesn't use chat lines like "Face it girls, you'd rather be fucked than raped"
