Hi, apologies if this has been covered numerous times. I am trying DVd workshop two, MyDVD 6 and Adobe Premier Elements.
I want to create a DVD with no menu but has a chapter point for each title so you can skip to the next track quickly.

Looking for the easiest and quickest way to achieve this with any of these packages or something else

Any thoughts suggestions would be appreciated

Rejig : free and very simple to make a no-menu single title disk.
For your chapters though you have to make a text file with the chapter points listed as frames:
Eg, if you were using PAL, 25 fps, 5 minutes = 300 seconds = 7500 frames; etc.
You can whip that up in Excel if you want.

    I like GuiFor DVDAuthor.
A bit more complicated, but it has a chapter editor to set the chapter points visually, or just evenly spaced. By default it makes a menu, but you can make it autostart.

In DVD Workshop, add your clips in the order you want them to play (ignoring the First Play clip) and mark the first frame of each clip as a chapter point. If the clips are separate files, this will happen automatically anyway, if one long file, you'll need to find each one and mark it (Add Chapter Point marker). Skip the Menu stage and go straight to the Finish.

When played back, the first clip will play immediately and hitting next chapter on your player will skip to the beginning of the next clip.
