I'm looking to buy a DVD Recorder/VCR combo (I'm in the UK), main criteria as follows:

- Must have analogue as well as digital input
- Must be able to record a different channel to the one being watched (if necessary I could use a splitter perhaps? Or does this only apply to digital?)
- Hard drive not essential
- DVD player: would prefer multi region capability
