Getting coasters with Nero 7???

The problem started when i decided to do a system restore (using the restore disk). My P.C. was reverted back to its original state with Ahead Nero 6.

I first uninstalled Nero 6.
I then installed Nero 7.
Now i get (at most) 1 successful burn out of 3.
What is wrong?

Also DVD shrink wont burn DVDs. It just compiles the dvd and says ''burn with appropriate software''.

How do i fix this?

Did you use the Nero Clean tool also after you uninstalled to remove the remnants of Nero? If not: http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Clean_Tools.html

Nero 7 won't work with DVD Shrink to automatically burn DVDs. But you can still use it manually by dropping the contents of Shrink's VIDEO_TS folder into Nero's DVD-Video VIDEO_TS folder. Or you can just burn the VIDEO_TS folder to a DVD disc using ImgBurn in 'Build' Mode.

Thanx red. I might just go with imgburn for burning dvds. I've been hearing good things about it.
Haven't tried the clean tool yet but i will now.
