No, that's what they made Popcorn for. But Popcorn is now included with the current version of Toast. I still use T6. DVD2OneX also known as DetoX is much better and faster at compressing a folder to fit, so you can burn it as data>udf in Toast.
If you do a main feature rip with MTR most of the time it will fit one disc anyway.
Popcorn2 is $50 http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/popcorn/standard/overview.html
Unless you have a G3 and can't use later versions of Toast then buying Toast 7 or 8 or DetoX is a better deal in my opinion. -

Get MpegStreamclip
(along with the QT Mpeg-2 component)
open your .VOBs there, save out as
QT .mov files (using Photo-JpegA or
3ivx d45R1 at its highest quality setting)
and then author in toast using the Video-->DVD
selection.
MpegStreamclip will make the files slightly smaller,
and Toast will compress ( in authoring) to fit them
onto a SL disc, and you get your menus. If the disc
ends up being slightly bigger than 4.37GB, then use DETOX
to shrink slightly to fit SL, and you'll still have great quality."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."
