I'd like to use ProCoder 2 to edit a clip (easy enough to select new in and out points). Is it possible to perform a direct stream copy (as with VirtualDub) and not have new compression/encoding for the output file? Thank you!

Procoder is an encoder, not an editor.

It has edit features, new in and out points & stitching of separate files, but thanks for chiming in.

All you're doing is selecting the portion of the source file you want to encode. It's still not an editor.

AND stitching. "It has edit features.." Sheesh. More chiming? My question was, "is it possible to perform a direct stream copy?" The answer is apparently no. There wasn't any confusion on the kind of program Procoder is. You don't want to help, just be pedantic with a dash of conceit.
