  1. ive made a vcd, cut the vcd in half, first half great second half out of sync how can i repair it please

    get some strong glue (but I don't think a cut VCD and glued back can be played)

    Why people don't read the guides? READ THE GUIDES!!!!! There are all there !

    Generally speaking, you have to demux your second mpeg part and then demux it as VCD with audio or video delays.
    You can use TMPGenc for de-mux and BBMpeg for re-mux

    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    If you made a VCD with bitrate higher than 1150kbps it's going to be hard to get a perfect cut, if don't, try VCDcutter

  6. Why don't you seperate the halves when you're encoding in the first place?

    I agree. It's easier to use the Source Range filter when encoding than to encode the whole thing and then cut it. SatStorm is right on the money about having to demux and remux if you cut the movie after you've encoded the entire thing.
