    Hello, folks.
I hope this isn't too weird for this forum, because I'm not really trying to record or save a video, just watch it on-line. ABC has what they call their Full Episode Player, which is supposed to allow you to watch episodes of their shows in full-screen, not some tiny little box on your screen. Problem is, I'm trying to watch the May 10 Grey's Anatomy, and I can't get the sucker to work! So I'm wondering if anyone else here has done that and can tell me about it. When you first click the link to watch any of their shows, a screen pops up for installation of the viewer. But, after I installed the viewer, I still can't get any further than the screen that tells how to install the @#$%^&* viewer!
So, any info, anybody? Or any advice on how to record the show, when I can't even find it on-line?
Thanks a lot for any help.

I'm probably wrong, but after you install the viewer, reboot your PC.

  3. I was playing with that recently. I remember having some problems. I think the installation was just really slow. It looked like the install was done but it wasn't. I just had to wait much longer (several minutes?). I then had to go back a few screens and reselect the video I wanted to see.

Do you have cookies disabled or a popup blocker? If so, unblock and try again. Most blockers let you select sites to allow cookies or popups.

    Well, let's see...
I had pop-ups allowed, because that was part of the viewer install process. I didn't think about cookies.

It wasn't that I didn't wait long enough, because I spent probably 30 minutes fooling around with it. In the process, I re-selected and re-selected that *&^%$# video! (Did I mention that the ABC web site is very frustrating? )

    But, I didn't try re-booting. So, I guess that's the next step.

    Thanks, everybody.
