Im trying to capture "Lost" off ABC.com but have no idea where to start. I am not computer savy so any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not need the entire episode, but just portions of it....
Where do I start? What do I use?.....

The only annoyance about it is that you must take the time to position the capture crosshairs perfectly right on the screen so you don't end up capturing useless pieces of your own desktop as part of the video, but once you get the hang of it, the HD content saved as MPEG-2 is actually very good. You won't be able to tell the difference between it and one captured using WMR or RMC.
