Find some short wooden poles driven into the ground, have some Czechslovakian people stand next to them and extend their middle (third) finger?
An alternate plan would be to provide some additional info on the original problem, installation steps, and just what exactly it is that is "counting to two".
Making a wild guess that both required power connectors are installed, and there are two beeps and it powers down, and taking into account an earlier failure with possibly the same components, Defective power supply would be first on the list, followed by short on the mobo mount, defective memory, or some other screw-up. -
Bad or improperly connected power supply would also be my first guess, followed by CPU fan not being detected as running, and then bad memory. A shorted motherboard could also cause this, but not before checking for properly seated video and add-on cards. Just how common is a shorted out motherboard? I have yet to see one in the wild and since he just swapped motherboards I doubt that he mounted both incorrectly. Vegas odds are giving 2:3 on the Power Supply or CPU fan.

He didn't mount the first one, at least not recently, though it's possible.
Mobo shorts quite common on user-installed boards.
Info on what cards, memory, drives, attached, also original problem and any other parts exchanged will provide something more than a rough guess. -
ok, on board g/c & sound, everything is installed right. took it apart and dont it again still the same

Unbelievable.
Describe in some detail what went wrong originally, including EXACTLY what you saw on the screen and any beep codes.
Describe in some detail what parts from the original PC have been connected to the new Mobo. Specifically disconnect ALL drives and unneccessary components. Set the board on a non-conducting surface with nothing but power supply connected, outside the case, and test.
Describe results on new Mobo, including any display on the monitor and any beep codes.
Just in case you are related to Flytrap, don't forget to mention if at any time you saw any smoke or actual flame emitting from any of the PC parts.
High odds you need a new power supply and there is nothing wrong with the original board. -
ok first of all, im not related to Flytrap
, and if u read things right there is no post checks so therefore there will be no bios beeps!
the only things that i have put in there are the dvd-r/w drives and the psu ( but i have tested that with a spare one i have and still the same). btw the there's no display & there's smoke. sorry to upset u.
. the fan and the cpu and the mem from the old system is in there, but test the mem with new one still the same.

Then the only conclusion I can reach is that you have a dead motherboard.
Time to RMA it.

Just so you know, lack of POST tests has little to do with BIOS beep codes. That is one of the reasons such beep codes exist. The beeps indicate at what point the testing has stopped. Several requests for clarification have not yielded an answer on how many beeps you are hearing.
Any indications of power such as fans spinning, drives powering on, etc would have been helpful, though all drives should be disconnected. Remove all RAM and see if Beep codes change.
If you really intended to state that there is actual smoke coming from the board, then yes you need to RMA it.
