Hi all:
Tried some programs to record from internet, but the result is very poor.
Too much "BASS" and somehow distorted sound , in spite of having recorded as low as possible.
My tests where made with Audacity and super mp3 recorder.
Am i doing something wrong or there's not a perfect tool for this ??

Your sound card will have different devices that you can record from, described in different ways. One will be called wav, another - on some cards at least - is called 'What you Hear'. Which one of these did you use ?
From what you have described, you have recorded with FooBar and are simply using Audacity and Supermp3 to encode ? Is this correct ?
What do the files sound like before compression ?Read my blog here.

First I want to thank you for yr patince.
Now, as you said I open radio streaming using foobar.
The sound is quite good.
About the sound card, well all I know is that on super mp3 I selected as recording device, my sound car through "sound max digital audio"- there are many options: mic, mono wayout, aux, phone, mixed wave-out, line-in)I used only line-in and mixed wave-out !!! I think i dont have "what you hear". -
Sorry i dont find stereo mix as an option !!
Where do i select that ?? -
Audacity uses the LAME MP3 libraries, which are generally well regarded. Unless you have added filters, you should be hearing what you recorded.
Double-click the speaker icon in the tray to open the mixer controls. Click Options->Properties to see the list of controls for playback. If you click on the radio button next to Recording you will see the recording controls listed. Tick the ones you want to see or set levels for.
The labels for these controls is set by your driver software, so you may not have the same names as you will find on another PC. For example, I don'r have a Stereo Mix option, but I do have Wav/MP3, and "What U hear" as Recording controls.Read my blog here.

guns1linger already took you the direct way but there is another through windows controlpanel (just pointed out in case you can't tick the radio button): go to 'sounds and audio devices', tab 'Audio', 'Recording' (just guessing because I don't have an english OS, but it's the second dropbox) click 'Volume' and you have the controls. If you don't see 'Stereomix' chose 'Options' and 'Properties', all available controls are there. I'm pretty sure you have 'Stereomix'.

The is a tools section to your left. Plenty of software linked there. However I don't believe it will fix your problem. Audacity works fine, and when paired with LAME produces as good a quality MP3 as your will fine (not that that is a high recommendation - I think MP3 is a pretty average compression scheme, and you are compressing heavily compressed audio). That it affects two separate programs strongly suggests that this issue is a bigger one.

I will try yr sugestions as soon as possible and will let you know the results. -
