    Hi,

    I don't know if this exists or not (I assume so...sounds useful!), but I want to have the capability to edit a DV file from a list of in/out timecodes in a separate text file. Do the more advanced editors (Premiere, etc...) allow this? And what is the standard name for this feature, if any?

    I think you're referring to an EDL (Edit Decision List).

    I'll be of no help on which editors support it, but I'm sure others here will.
