I am trying to capture some video with an ATI All In Wonder 9600 card. I need the video to be 320 x 240 Mpeg4. So I used the setting marked "handheld" and set the resolution at 320 x 240 but the resulting file ends up being 320 x 480. When played back it plays tall and skinny out of proportion. Anyone familiar with ATI capturing know what Im doing wrong?
