Can anyone suggest a way to batch accelerate the speed of video files.

I tried Vegas, but the audio remains the same... unaccepatable.

It would be great if the pitch can remain the same so that the audio is understandable upon playback. I use goldwave, a GREAT freeware program to batch conv audio files... but need something similar that can do the same for video.

    Thanks

I think you'll have to use GoldWave for the audio, and Vegas (if that works for you) for video, then put them (A+V) back together.

You can use a combination of the velocity envelope and time stretch (audio event properties to set it) to change both. Time Stretch changes the speed without pitch shifting.
