angle problems when converting with auto gk

when i convert a file using auto gk that has more than one angle it doesnt convert correctly. it switches between the two angles throughout the video file. is there a way to fix this? i rip my personal dvd's with dvd fab decrypter if this helps.

Yes, decrypt it properly in the first place. Decrypt using DVDDecrypter set for IFO Mode and choose the angle you want.

With it on the hard drive now, demux using PGCDemux, choose the angle, and set for "Create A PGC Vob". Feed that into AutoGK.
