  1. I have been trying many different apps and nothing looks good nor is very easy to use. I've tried AutoMK, imtoo, ect without much luck. Imtoo works, but the quality is very grainy.

    Any one getting DVD quality?
    For the love of God, use hub/core labels on your Recordable Discs!

    Have you tried windows Media Encoder? You can set the bitrate at anythin you want. 2000 should be sufficient.

  4. I'll give DVDX a try.

    I did not think that windows media encoder would do DVD to WMV. Do you have to load each VOB or rip and create one large one? What about the audio?

    AutoMKV works fine here. DVDx crashes for me all the time when doing dvd to wmv conversion.

    What problems do you get with automkv?

    It will accept MPEG2 not sure about a VOB.
