You know a normal size for a an episode from a tv show is 350 MB or 400. But you see I got episodes which are like 550-600 MB. Which software is best to use to compress them to 350 mb ? And how exactly to do it?

Depends on source file type, but if any of the std, use AutoGK, and set output size as you desire. But why would you like all episodes to have the same file size?

I doubt very much there is such a thing like "normal size tv episode".
If you want to compress them to 350 mb you got to sacrifice (a lot I think) the quality. Better don't do it.
The software depends of the file types. How exactly - also. -

Good call (again). If you have 448 kHz audio, you can try to squeeze video down to "nothing" but still get a too big file size.
Like gun1inger says, simply reencoding the audio down to lower bitrate may do the trick. (Leaving the video intact.)

The files were 2CH 192,00 kbit/s 48000 Hz and video 640x480, Avg. Bitrate:1775,46 kbit/s. After I compressed it to 350mb everything was the same only the Avg. Bitrate was 984,22 kbit/s
Personally When I look at it I dont see a big difference comparing to the uncompressed files.
