Howdy!
I'm trying to make a little trailer. I've seen a lot of trailers and I have noticed that in almost every trailer there's this voice-over sound. I was just wondering where I could get this kind of voice. Are there any programs or something similiar that can make this voice-over.

Well, you could always go out and hire Don "That Announcer Guy" LaFontaine, if you can afford him -- he does the voiceovers for tons of movies, TV shows, and ad campaigns.
As for whether there's a program that can give you "that kind of voice" -- no. (If there were, the movie studios would be using that instead of paying LaFontaine a thousand bucks a spot...) -
