    I am searching for a video player (or editor, but I just need player functionality) which has the function of locating by time and by frame. E.g. "Go to frame xxx" or "Go to time xxxx"

    Also, which would enable to move forward/backward frame by frame while watching. I.e. allow to watch the video normally, then pause and fine tune the frame. I checked VLC and QT and WMP and they can't do this.

    Last but not least: should be simple and free... If impossible, simple and inexpensive.
