Twilight Zone episodes

Would like to back up my just purchased Twilight Zone Season 3. There are 7 episodes on each disc and each has it's own individual menu for scene selection, bonus materials, etc. Is there a way to redo the disc and back up each episode without the menus to save room and maintain quality?

getting rid of the menus won't save that much room....use DTOX to split up each disc to no more than 2 hours, this method will require 2 discs but will retain the quality or you can simply use DL media and copy the discs in their existing format...
