Is there any DVD player with HD output (HDMI or DVI) that can:
1. play HD AVI file?
2. use the aspect ratio in the AVI file?
3. If 2. is not possible, force an aspect ratio manually?
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure LG electronics has one that plays DivX at HD res. Nothing plays h264 at the moment.

There are a few, but they're all expensive. Like US $400 or more expensive. Here's one that can

but note that it only supports up to 1080i, not 1080p. I assume that such players use the file's aspect ratio.
