    My DVD RW DL is not reading the newest released DVDs . Will read others, copies of others and CD.

    What could be the problem?

    Clean the drive.

    It should be able TO READ any available dvd.

    You'd think so, wouldn't you? But there have been reports of some of the newer Sony DVDs with ARccOS protection not playing in some standalones and computer DVD players. Here's a thread about problems some people have had with the R1 Casino Royale DVD:

    Then its a misprint and the manufacturer should be supressed to exchange it with a pressed version which does what it should do... play.
