Easy answer, the Divx or Xvid codec. You make the video settings in the codec adjustments. Audio is separate and in the audio adjustment section.
Or are you asking about a different MPEG-4 codec? -
but on xvid settings, it doesnt allow me to change it to 320x240

I have just started using DivX/Xvid, are there standards for these formats, for frame size, and audio? So far i have been using 640 x 480 at about 800 - 1000kbps, with MP3 for the audio, 128kbps & 48hz. But I would rather use a standard if any exists.
Thanks
