The audio in the converted divx file starts fine in the first few seconds. But then it starts trailing behind. At the end of the video, the audio is lagging by about 3 seconds. Below are the details of the source file and the settings I am using. Can anyone help me get over this problem?

I would first repair/fix the mpeg ts with videoredo or projectx. See https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=272196 . And then convert it to divx.
If that wont help try convert the ts to divx with AutoGK.
