Hello, I'm trying to encode this video to a DVD format but I keep getting this codec type mismatch error.

FFmpeg version CVS, Copyright (c) 2000-2004 Fabrice Bellard

Mac OSX universal build for ffmpegX

    libavformat version: 50.4.0

    Stream #0.1(eng), 29.97 fps(r): Video: h264, yuv420p, 640x480
Codec type mismatch for mapping #0.0 -> #0.0

Conversion using any preset that utilizes FFMPEG doesn't work; FLV, Xvid, etc. Any ideas on what the problem might be are greatly appreciated.

I tried this and the end result has a severe stutter like it's reduced the framerate to something horribly low.

Edit: Got it working, just extracted audio and video then combined them in a new quicktime movie with the video track before the audio one.
