Whenever I play a DVD on my computer with subtitles on, the screen brightens with each and every subtitle that is displayed. It is very annoying when the video constantly brightens and then returns to normal brightness when the subtitle disappears. This occurs in all of my DVD players: ATI DVD player, WMP, and Zoom Player (the only player I really use). Occasionally the screen will not brighten with the subtitles; however, there will be a noticeable rectangle that each subtitle appears in.
