  1. Hello, I am trying to splice together a version of the the first LoTR movies with a mixed audio track combining the original 2 channel stereo sound track and the Rifftrax by the amazing Mike Neslon. I was able to Demux the audio to ac3 send it to wav use audacity to combine the audio now I'm trying to author the dvd in TMPGEnc dvd author and I keep getting the error that the video stream I created by using DVD decrypter then used PcgDemux to to create a .m2v file that plays fine in windows media player, media player classic to too high a bitrate to use and a decoder cannot be actiivated. if anyone could please help me out by suggestion a differnt DVD authoring program that will work or some other method of getting this to work I would be very thankful. I'm posting a pic of my error to help clarifiy my situation.

  2. I get almost the exact same error when I use multipass VBR files created with Cinemacraft. I just ignore it and the discs have always played fine afterwards...

  3. well after a bit more tinkering I was able to use DVD shrink to get the video to about 3.8gbs then I could use a mp3 to ac3 converter and simply use the insert from DVD-Video option and replace the audio track with with my custom one and it worked I got the same error but this time it was able to make the DVD anyway.

    thanks for the responce mh2360
