conversions won't play on QTime

Everything is installed properly,
using correct extensions,
encoder makes a clear ding when finished,
NOTHING WILL PLAY, I have QT pro and should be
able to open any .mov or mp4 or avi, but they cannot be opened.

No QT files open at all, or only the files you convert?

As well, are you making the conversions yourself using QTPro, or using a thirdparty encoder?

Well QTPro won't play "any" MP4.

The decorder in the QTPro player is limited to only "Main Profile" MP4 files.

FFMPEGx can create "High Profile" mp4s, which QTPro cannot decode.

Please understand,
I do this all the time,image seq;'s, avi's .mov's, mpeg 2
DV, etc. I just installed ffmpegX 0.0.9x, correctly as far
as I can tell, but nothing that comes out of it will open,
period. I'm not hung up, just dissapointed because I
didn't have any trouble with the installation.

More info, the finished conversions are empty
(zero kb) i've verified the correct source, the output
is recognized by QT, but the file is empty?

Hi King Author,

I have had many problems with version x r2 and I'm waiting for some help...In meanwhile I am using an old version 0.0.9u for conversions from avi, ogm and mkv to AVI XviD (which QT will play) and it's working fine.
