MainConcept H.264 v2 Encoder No Picture Problem

I bought a MainConcept H.264 v2 Encoder.
I made some conversion from a short DVD NTSC video to H.264 using Baseline, Main and High profiles.
When I play them back (using Media Player Classic) on my PC I only got the audio, no picture at all.
So I bought another codec for it, CoreAVC.
I installed it, retest, still nothing.

I've spent quite some bucks for the MainConcept H.264 and the CoreAVC yet I got nothing .

Any help?

See the comments in the tools list for mainconcept, https://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=MainConcept_H.264_Encoder , many have similiar problems playing the files. I would like to see that they add so you can use the mp4 container instead of mpg.
