I purchased a Sony RDR-VX530 to transfer home video from VHS to DVD. Creating one DVD from one VHS tape is easy enough. The problem is I want to consolidate serveral small tapes to a single DVD.
The owners manual only provides instructions for dubbing one tape to one DVD. Should I be able to use multiple tapes to create one DVD. If yes, could you explain how to do it?
Thanks.

It should be as simple as pausing the recording, changing tapes, and starting recording again. You ca record multiple programs to disc by simply stopping and starting the recording process.
Worst case, you record to several discs, then consolidate on your PC afterwards. But I don't think it will come to that.Read my blog here.

Press pause then record if you want one continuous title, press stop and record for seperate titles.
