ok,here's what i'm trying to accomplish...i wanna send almost my whole address book in outlook 1 message but what i dont want is when the message gets recieved..where it says "to"...inveriably it always has all the addresses i sent the message to..i want to send 1 message to all the email contacts as a singular but all-at-once
example..i practiced and this is the way it usually shows up
from: john@jjj.com
to: moontrash@jjj.com , moontrash@jjjf.com
what i want is this:
from: john@jjj.com
moontrash@jjj.com
just the one address to show up to the recipient but also the other user get the message only addressed to him etc..not for it to look like an mass email....i was instructed to try this: moontrash@jjj.com;moontrash@jjjf.com (semicolon between the names) and it didn't work..all the addresses kept showing up in the "to" part of the message
2nd:this one is a tough one but....i wanna send an attachment through this message also but..i want the message to show up where the viewer can see it...but this attachment is in pdf format...i realise for some users that they have some difficulty in opening a pdf document..is there a way to convert this pdf or a .pub document to an outlook format where the entire context of the document(i.e....picture/background/newsletter etc) shows up where the user doesn't have to d'load or "open" the attachment individually
thanks for any help

You need to put the addresses on the BCC: line, not the To: line.
BCC = Blind Carbon Copy.
Put a dummy address, or your own, on the To: line, that's the only one the recipients will see.
Outlook may be hiding this line, look for options to show you all headers or the like.
As for the PDF, just send it as is. Or better, put it on a website and send the link.
If you're really worried people can't read it, make a HTML version. But PDF is pretty universal. -
thank you..it worked perfect
the dummy address...is this common practice when sending these bulk messages?
i ask about the pub pdf conversion cause a lot of these recipients are on OE and rarely open attachments..some do but i thought it might be easier to just find a way in Outlook to create a template/newsletter style and send it where the message shows up right in the window w/o having to open the attachment etc....like an app out there to create something for outlook etc
