How can I make copies of dvd movies with a kanguru duplicator? I purchased this unit and the sales person told me I would have no problem coping my dvd movies. Well, now I know that all the movies are protected and I can not copy any of them. When I called Kanguru tech support , the guy said that there is a way to get around the CSS protection , but, he was not allowed to share that with me. Great! So, I have this unit I honestly can not do any thing with. This unit is freestanding, it can be contected to a PC , but, is made not to be. You insert the movie on the top and the blank dvd on the bottom. If anyone know how I can copy the dvd's , please do let me know. I really appreciate it.

You've bought a door stop. There are plenty of software solutions for this, constantly upgraded to keep step with different copy protection schemes. ripit4me is the most popular right now.

If these guys went around selling duplicators that beat copy protection out of the box, the MPAA would sue them five ways from Sunday before they could spit. Did you really thing you could set up your own underground distribution company that easily ?
