You'll have better luck converting danish than those other's .

Translate here ... danish to english : http://beta.visl.sdu.dk/visl/da/tools/translation_da2en.php

You'll need to polish it up abit ... change word's about to read correctly in flow form ... there's some difference's ... or it might be screwup's in the conversion .

Some tool's will have problems opening those files ... go here : http://www.nikse.dk/se/ ... download subtitledit.exe (zipped) .

Open the one you have , select all text , then in subtitledit , simply paste the copied text ... save as .ssa (it will open in most tool's now).

SubtitleCreator can help you to do the translation. It uses Google translate to automatically translate srt files from one language to another. However it's Google translation and I don't think it supports one of the languages you mention but some others are. Just in case you find the subs in one supported language.

I know personally subtitlecreator wont touch this sub ... for some reason I had to use subtitledit.exe and regenerate it before anything else would touch it .

So how do I go about regenerating the file? I'm pretty new at this so a step by step would be appreciated. Or if you already have it translated to english could you please upload your file to a subtitle websight please.

EDIT: Ok, I think I have it converted sucessfully to sub file(it now opens with other subtitle programs(and can change it if needed).
NOW I have a new issue. I Need a program that will allow me to select the text only(not all the times and such), to convert the language, then to be able to cut and paste the newly translated text back to the sub file.

Is there such a program and if so, how do I go about doing this?

So you want to translate subtitles from German to English for a movie that has German audio that was dubbed from English? Be interesting to see how it turns out after the double translation.
