His name was MackemX
What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend? -
Browse to http://images.apple.com/getamac/ and you'll see a link for all their adds...
I've enjoyed pretty much all of them and for the most part valid issues with the PC. Have to keep reminding myself that these are Apple marketing adverts (wife gets annoyed with me pointing out the flaws - things like OSX doesn't know wtf to do when I plug in my Sansa). -
I can't get the files to play...
IS it the "Security" one?
I saw that last nite and laughed my ass off!
Of course, all of their bragging could be their undoing. PC/Windows gets security attacks more often simply because it's more wide-spread.
A lot of people hack just to hack, and a lot of viruses are made just to see if it can be done.
I can easily imagine some bored hacker seeing that advert and saying "Oh yeah? Well let's see if we can come up with something to attack Mac OS. Just for the hell of it!""To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research." - Steven Wright
"Megalomaniacal, and harder than the rest!" -
If Apple had a market share that even approached double figures, maybe someone would care. For the most part they are the same zealot propaganda that uses arguments based on windows 95, while conveniently forgetting that until OS X came along, every previous Apple OS had been much more limited and unstable than it's contemporary version of windows. The only reason nobody found out was that so few people actually used them, and most were too embarrassed to admit just how crap it was.
I know they are getting desperate over here because they now sell through Dick Smith, one of the worst places to buy a PC. Only morons shop there, and the BS they are getting slung by the so-called experts is frightening.Read my blog here.
