Well this has been a 2 month long battle with this card....

I have :

HP Pavillion intel pentium dual core E2220 2.4mhz
Vista 64-bit SP1
Geforce 8800 Gt 512mb
Internal Hauppauge TV Tuner Model 1196 WinTV-HVR-1250
Sharp Auqios 42" 720p LCD Connected with Monster DVI-HDMI cable

I have standard cable(coax out the wall) with NO set top box.

My picture quality is horrible. I am a newby to TV tuning and I don't know where to begin to try to get my picture better. Any help would be great!
