Fix Unsynked Sound?

Have used DVD-Decrypter & Auto Gordian Knot to convert? a movie (it was a DVD sourche orginaly) to an AVI
I followed the instructions i got for this 2 programs, but clearley something did go wrong afterall seens the output AVI ended up with 2 sec unsynked sound

if im to start all over with the DVD sourche again, i must know first what went wrong last time using this softwares?
perhaps i dont need to.. if there is some cure for unsynked movie sound? ..on AVI

I used this guide

and i used DVD decrypter in IFO mode
