hello all ,

currently i am using my xbox 360 media center to stream videos files i have on my pc to my tv .
it plays mpg and wmv files natively and i need transcode 360 software to play .avi and other format files .

and now my question :

what is the best streamer (media center extender ) availble that can play .avi natively and also can play hd content especially in .mkv ( h264) format ?

this machine seems ideal but there are no info on when will it be availble in the market . although i don't think it plays .mkv files .
