I want to put together a device to stream the videos on my computer to my TV, and from what I've read here the Popcorn Hour seems like a good way to do it:

My computer is XP SP2, and since none of the video files are HD (almost all of it is downrezzed divx and xvid content, I think), I shouldn't have a problem streaming wirelessly. (I suppose I could always add a hard drive later if I wanted to?)
Does this seem like a good solution? I also like the PCH for its form factor, which will fit into the cabinet under the TV. Will I need to install anything on my computer? Or does the device look for the content in a shared folder?
