Sub2Divx / AviSub some generated files has only Audio

Hi for All,

I use avisub and sub2divx to add subtitles in my videos.
And this work well. But in some files the resultant file (.divx) of conversion is wrong..
The file generated has only audio without video and size is very small.

Ex:
Original file = 350MB
Converted file = 47MB



Anyone have same problem or soluction for this?

Hi, i have same problem. I don't know how to fix it anyone can help us????...

In the past the program was fine but now i can't sub any movie...
